If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, address and more.
Creating an Account
Certain Services (like making a purchase or ordering a Home Try-On) will require you to create an Account on the site. If you create an Account, you are exclusively responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account or through your personal device in connection with the Services. Similarly, for any Services that you are able to access without creating an account, you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your personal device in connection with the Services. In order for us to provide you the best possible service, you agree to provide us with complete, accurate, and updated information for your Account at all times. If any information is incorrect or outdated, it can lead to errors or delays, for which we will not be responsible.
Please do not share your Account information or another person’s Account or registration information for the Services without permission. Similarly, no one else should be able to use your Account without permission. You are solely responsible for keeping your Account and Account password secure and for any consequence resulting from your failure to do so. You should never publish, distribute, or post login information for your Account.

We offer a five-day Home Try-On service to help you pick your perfect jolie dress. You may choose three styles to try on at home for a five-day period (the “Try-On Period”). For more information about our Home Try-On program, click here.
If the Try-On Period ends and any of the dresses have not been returned, or have been returned damaged, you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your credit card a non-refundable late fee for every day that we do not receive every Product that comprises such order, up to an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the retail value of the Products not returned to us, or returned damaged (for each Product, the “Retail Value”) plus applicable sales tax.
If you have not returned a Product within seven (7) days after the specified return date for such Product, your late return will be considered a non-return and you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your Payment Method the Retail Value of the Product, minus any late fees that you have already paid, plus applicable sales tax. Please see our FAQ Section for the current amount we charge for a late fee.
By submitting your Home Try-On order, you authorize us to charge your card, and you agree to all other terms of our Home Try-On program explained here. Currently, our Home Try-On program is only available to customers who live in the United States.
We’ll need your name, address, and telephone number to complete your order and send you your jolie dress. For information about shipping and delivery, check out the Orders section of our Help page.
Delivery Time – The standard delivery time for each purchase is 15 weeks from when an order was placed (an order is considered “placed” once payment was made and approved by our third-party payment processor). Possible delays may be caused due to payment authorization issues.
Estimated delivery times are as provided to us by the freight company. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery. We do not guarantee exact arrival dates due to many factors out of our control including, but not limited to, weather/natural disaster, delays in custom clearance, and/or delays on the courier's end.
What we can certainly guarantee is that our team will be of assistance and will act in the best of our ability to help you with anything you may need.

Risk of Loss - The risk of loss and title for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
After you have made your jolie selections and provided your shipping information, you will see a prompt for your payment details, such as your credit card information and any promotional codes or gift cards you may have. By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our third party payment processors to charge the amount of the order to your selected payment method.
We want to give all of our customers an opportunity to buy our glasses. Therefore, we do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of dresses, and we may place limits on purchases. We may also, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account or the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed with an intent to resell or distribute our products. We further reserve the right to stop doing business with customers who violate this policy or any other part of our Terms. We go to great lengths in order to allow you to try on our jolie creations at the comfort of your own home. By doing so we are allowing you to take your time, try on the styles you wish, and then make your decision on which jolie is your dream dress. Enjoy the home try-on process, don’t rush yourself, and take your time before you decide which jolie you wish to purchase, as our dresses are all made to order, and hence can’t be cancelled.
Once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled.
Exchanges and replacements
In the rare case of a dress arriving damaged, please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will gladly assist you with the process of returning your dress for repair.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Our website allows you to comment on certain posts on our website. You are responsible for any text, link or any other content you publish there. Any content you publish might be deleted and removed from our website without prior notice.

Our website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Berta Fashion Ltd. Berta Fashion Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Berta Fashion Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
